We have established meat processing dates and providers based on animal species. For this information please see below.
Buyers are also welcome to arrange meat processing with the company of their choosing; however, this will also require that the buyer arrange for transportation of the animal.

Poultry, Chicken, Rabbit, Turkey
Helvetia Poultry Processing will be reserving Sunday July 19th for auction animals.
- Each exhibitor/parent will need to contact Helvetia to make an appointment for July 19th. Please contact Helvetia Poultry Processing by, Tuesday, July 14 to secure your spot.
- Each exhibitor/parent is responsible for transportation to the appointment time and for picking up processed animals.
- No arrangements, reservations or transportation will be made by the auction committee.

Beef, Lamb, Goat, Swine
Matt's Custom Meats in Longview WA will be transporting the animals Sunday July 19th unless other arrangements were made and communicated at the time of purchase.
*Should you (auction participant or buyer) select a meat processor not named here, you will be responsible for transport of the animal as well as all arrangements.
Other Options
If a Buyer or an auction participant wishes to select another meat processing provider, they may do so.
It should be noted that if a processor other than Helvetia Poultry Processing or Matt's Custom Meats is used, all arrangements must be made by the buyer or auction participant. The CCFFYLA Auction Committee will not assist with arrangements or transport of the animal.
